NovaBits sells digital WordPress themes and related files. By purchasing you agree to these terms.
Products are licensed under the GPL v2 or later. You may install and use a theme on an unlimited number of websites that you own or manage for yourself and your clients.
Prices are listed in US dollars and must be paid in USDT (ERC-20) to the address shown at checkout. Delivery happens after we confirm the transaction on the network, normally within minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are final once the files have been sent. If a file is defective or materially different from its description, we will repair, replace or refund it at our discretion.
Each purchase includes 6 months of email support and lifetime updates. Support covers bugs and documented features; custom development is not included.
Themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to future purchases.
