Stop being the API between your own tools
Integrations, AI agents, data sync and internal tools for SaaS teams and operators. Built on n8n, Make or straight Python/Node when the visual builder hits a wall — with the workflow definitions handed over so the automation is yours, not a subscription you rent forever.
What we automate
Connect the stack
Webhooks, OAuth, REST and GraphQL between your CRM, billing, helpdesk and sheets. Two-way sync with conflict rules — not a one-off zap that silently stops working in month two.
LLM pipelines that do a job
Classification, extraction, summarisation and routing over your own data. Retrieval over your docs, guardrails on the output, and a handoff to a human when confidence is low.
n8n, Make or Zapier
Visual builders when they are enough, self-hosted n8n or plain Python when they are not. Either way you own the instance and the workflow files — exportable, versioned, not locked in.
Pipelines & sync
Scheduled jobs, dedupe, backfills and migrations between SaaS tools. Idempotent retries, so a dropped connection never duplicates a row or loses an order.
Dashboards & approval flows
Admin panels, review queues and role-gated actions over the database you already have. The spreadsheet everyone edits becomes something with permissions and an audit trail.
Reports & alerts
Daily digests, anomaly alerts, SLA watches and scheduled reports delivered to Slack or Telegram — without anyone assembling them by hand every morning.
Proof, not a pitch
PostPilot, our own channel scheduler, is the standard we build your workflows to — and sd-gen and the AI video factory are public repositories where an AI pipeline runs unattended on CI.
- Absolute, relative and recurring schedules that stay correct across timezones — the failure mode every automation gets wrong
- First poll records a baseline, so a newly connected source never floods your channel or your CRM with old records
- Rate-limit aware retries — a dropped connection stays pending and resumes instead of silently losing the work
- 40 automated tests, standard library only — no network in the suite, so a green run actually means something
- One runtime dependency, one SQLite file — it installs anywhere Python runs, no orchestration platform required
- Install docs and a 24/7 service setup included, because an automation that quietly stops is worse than no automation

How it works
You describe it
One message: which tools, what triggers it, what "done" looks like. We ask back if anything's unclear — that question saves the project.
Fixed quote
Price and deadline in writing before we start. Scope is what kills automation projects, so it gets written down first.
We build & show
You get a working workflow to poke at early — with a test run against real data — because changes are cheap before the last day.
You get everything
Workflow definitions, code, credentials handed back, deploy instructions and alerting so it fails loudly instead of quietly.
Questions people actually ask
Do we have to use n8n?
No. Visual builders are right when the flow is linear and the connectors exist. When you hit rate limits, branching, custom auth or a retry the builder can't express, we drop to Python or Node. You own the instance and the workflow files either way.
We have Zaps that keep breaking. Can you fix them?
Send us the failing one. Most breakages are expired auth, pagination the trigger never handled, or a rate limit with no backoff. We fix the root cause and add retries plus alerting, so it fails loudly instead of quietly at 3am.
Can you work with our AI provider?
Yes — OpenAI, Anthropic, an open-weights model you host yourself, or whatever key you already have. Prompts, models and thresholds stay in config, so you can swap providers without a rewrite.
Do you need access to our systems?
Least privilege: a service account with the narrowest scope that works, secrets kept in your vault, and the workflow definitions handed back to you at the end. You can revoke everything the day we finish.
How do you price an automation?
Fixed quote after one message describing the workflow. If it turns out to be two projects, we say so and quote them separately rather than burying it in a number.
Why do you only take crypto?
We don't have access to bank or card processors where we are. USDT on BEP-20 or ERC-20, or escrow on LaborX. No invoices with a company name, no chargebacks.
After launch: technical SEO, speed optimisation and a care plan so the site does not quietly rot — all priced on the pricing page.
To place an order: open your mail app and write to hkay7645@gmail.com — type it yourself if you prefer. A sentence or two about the project is enough to get a fixed price back. See the full price list →
