Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. It is billed monthly and you cancel whenever you like — that wording is on our pricing page too. Nothing is held hostage: your site, your source and your backups stay yours if you leave.
I did not build my site with you. Can you still look after it?
Usually yes. The first month is where we get to know the stack and set up backups and monitoring properly. If the codebase is in a state where ongoing maintenance would be throwing money away, we will say so rather than take the fee.
What if my site gets hacked?
We restore from the off-site backup and close the route in, then tell you what happened in language you can act on. How fast depends on when it is found — which is exactly what monitoring and off-site backups are for.
Are new features included?
No. New features, redesigns and big content changes are quoted separately at the published price. The plan keeps what you already have healthy; growing it is a project.
How fast do you reply?
Same day where the timezone allows, and always with a real answer rather than an acknowledgement. Emergencies — the site is down — are dealt with first.
Why do you only take crypto?
We do not have access to bank or card processors where we are. USDT on BEP-20 or ERC-20. It also means no invoice delays, no chargebacks and no card expiring on a subscription you forgot about.
